SiteLens is presenter software for placing a full page, magnified area, or selected region from a plan, map, drawing, or report on a participant phone.
Core product workflow
- Open a PDF, PNG, JPEG, or WebP document in the presenter workspace.
- Select a full page, magnified point, or draggable callout region.
- Review the fitted landscape-phone preview before sharing.
- Send the expiring participant link through the customer's approved channel.
- See whether the active participant browser is connected and has acknowledged the current revision.
Who it is designed for
SiteLens is designed for planners, architects, engineers, contractors, developers, real-estate teams, and public-meeting presenters who need a room to inspect the same plan or document detail. Each subscription belongs to one named presenter. Participants do not need a SiteLens account or app.
Subscription access
SiteLens Professional is available for $25 per named presenter each month or $250 per named presenter each year. Access is tied to the signed-in email confirmed before Stripe checkout and continues while the subscription remains active.
Billing details, payment methods, invoices, and future cancellation are managed through the customer billing portal.
Document and session behavior
The original PDF stays in the presenter browser. Only the selected rendered page or uploaded image is transferred into the expiring participant session. Original filenames stay in the presenter browser, and the session uses a neutral display name.
Current use boundary
Do not use privileged, sealed, confidential, personal, regulated, or client-production material. Use only non-confidential sample, synthetic, public, or properly redacted material. Anyone holding an unexpired participant link can view that session.
Do not rely on SiteLens as the sole document-delivery method in a formal meeting or review. Keep the normal confidentiality, recordkeeping, videoconferencing, and fallback procedures available.
What SiteLens does not establish
Technical acknowledgment does not prove that a participant viewed, read, understood, authenticated, adopted, consented to, or approved a document. SiteLens is a presentation aid, not engineering, planning, or professional advice, an official document repository, a project record system, or a compliance certification.
