BEFORE YOU SUBSCRIBE
Clear answers about the current product.
What does a subscription include?
One named presenter can create SiteLens sessions, select the exact plan or document area to show, and send an expiring link to the participant. The participant does not need a SiteLens account.
Can a subscription be shared?
No. Each subscription belongs to one named presenter and is tied to the signed-in email confirmed before checkout.
Where does the document go?
The original PDF stays in the presenter browser. Only the selected rendered page or image is transferred into the expiring participant session.
Can SiteLens be the only document-delivery method?
No. Keep the normal videoconferencing, recordkeeping, and fallback process available. Browser acknowledgment is not proof that a participant read or understood the document.
Can I use confidential plans and documents?
Not under the current product boundary. Use only non-confidential sample, synthetic, public, or properly redacted material.
